Dear Concourse Village Primary Care Patients and Friends,
Our top priority is to serve the community in a safe manner. Due to
the evolution of the COVID-19,we are making some important changes in
office hours.
Effective immediately, we will *not* have extended office hours from
6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The office will also be closed on Saturdays.
We encourage you to contact us as usual if you have any questions or
medical concerns.
Please always call the office before you go, even if you have a
scheduled appointment.
